These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 8k80 ("8k80," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 8k80 website, mobile platform, and all associated gambling services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 8k80 Platform.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 8k80 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and 8k80.
Access to the 8k80 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 8k80 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings generated through an account held by a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited.
The 8k80 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 8k80 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, pending investigation. To use the 8k80 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 8k80 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k80 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity on your account — including all wagers placed — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 8k80 immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.
8k80 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. 8k80 may suspend withdrawal processing until required KYC documentation is received and verified. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
8k80 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 8k80 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person — you must only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 8k80 processes GCash withdrawals within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests made before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on banking days. 8k80 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
8k80 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8k80 are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a wagering requirement applies, the requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise specified. 8k80 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players.
8k80 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, using low-risk or mathematically certain wagering strategies to clear bonuses (e.g., placing offsetting bets on both outcomes), and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. 8k80 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close accounts where abuse is detected.
All bets placed on the 8k80 Platform are final once confirmed. 8k80 is not responsible for errors made by the player when placing a bet, including incorrect selection of outcomes, bet amounts, or markets. In the event of a technical malfunction during the placement of a bet, 8k80 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical failure on the part of 8k80, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Sports betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with 8k80's sportsbook rules, which are published within the relevant sports section of the Platform.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of 8k80 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. The total liability of 8k80 to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 8k80's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8k80 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the 8k80 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8k80 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8k80 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the 8k80 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k80 Platform shall first be referred to 8k80's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
